💳  Pre-sale rules and timeline

By entering the pre-sale you accept the following terms.

1. Tickets will be drawn at least 10 days before the event date.
2. If you are selected we will immediately assign the number of tickets you selected in your application, and charge your credit card on file accordingly.
3. If for any reason we are not able to process the payment we will hold the tickets for you and allow a 24 hour period for you to submit a new payment method.
4. If we are unable to collect payment within 24 hours we will release the tickets to another guest.

⚠️ Changes and cancellations

• All sales are final and nonrefundable.
• If you need to reschedule or change the party size you can do so up to three days before the event date.
• All changes are subject to availability.
• No changes or cancellations are permitted within 3 days of the event date.
